Job Description:
· Manage calls, emails, chats, and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
· Provide answers to questions related to products and other policies of Lakshita.
· Respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries regarding product status requests, order cancellation, returns, exchange, product returns, and refund issues.
· Follow Lakshita’s customer service guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision.
· Maintain daily recordings of calls, issues, and resolutions.
Mandatory Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have a friendly tone and a helpful approach.
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
· Computer knowledge is a must.
· Fashion taste in ethnic will be an added merit.
Location: Sector 132, Noida
Salary: CTC up to 25K
