Help customers with technical and billing-related queries.
Reply and manage customer support tickets on our Support Desk.
reply to customers' emails.
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer queries are resolved;
provide consultation to potential & interested clients.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
The candidate has to be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.(Telugu Preferred)
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
