• Coordinating with farmers, suppliers & service providers.
• Curating offers & updates by mail.
• Product choice according to budget and need.
• Solving customers' issues with simple solutions.
• Coordinating payment and delivery of orders.
• Social media communication related to offers & updates.
• Addressing customer's complaints & concerns
• Updating upcoming promotions or deals.
• Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
Qualifications
B-Tech( Agri) / Bsc Agri/Diploma in Agriculture.
Experience - 2-5 years.
