Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Jaipur
We are looking for a customer care executive to join our growing team. As a customer care executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with our sales and operations team to ensure smooth communication with our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth communication with customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Continuously improve customer care processes and procedures
Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of customer care principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in an online business or e-commerce industry is preferred
