Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Australian Process)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on an immediate basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries via call within the assigned TAT/SLA.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively
Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
6 months of international voice experience
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) education preferred
1 year of customer service experience preferred
The ideal candidate should be able to commute or relocate to Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra before starting work. The job is full-time with a salary of ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month.
