We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for one of the top E- Commerce Platform and also for multinational telecommunications holding company . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location - Airoli(Mumbai)
Requirement- Very Good Written & Verbal communication skills
Basic Computer Knowledge required
Education-HSC / Graduates with minimum 6 months of International BPO / Domestic BPO experience
Shift timings : US Shifts ( Any + hours between 5:30pm – 11:00am)
Salary Range - 17,000 to 28,000 + Basic Incentives
Weekly Off - Any 2 days off (5 days working)
Transportation: Home drop available
