We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Care Executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support through various communication channels. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• * Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
• * Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• * Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
• * Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• * Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product and service changes.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• * Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
• * Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
• Experience
• * Freshers are welcome; previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call center environments is an advantage.
• * Experience with CRM systems and practices is desirable.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours, including day and night shifts.
