Hiring for Customer Service (Female)

Job Description:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience with the service/product is satisfactory.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Prepare and generate reports on customer service activities and trends.
• Provide basic technical support for customers experiencing issues with products or services.

Location: Phase-2, Mayapuri

Qualification: Ug/ Grad/ 12th Pass

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000

Experience: minimum 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
