Job Description

Deliver world-class service and go out of your way to find solutions and make sure our Traya users are delighted
2. Work on being prompt with responses & give accurate solutions for our users over emails & calls
3. Work on regular follow-ups and building customer bonds to deliver quality service over emails & calls
4. Ensure complete ownership of customer queries and guarantee end-to-end satisfaction with our services
5. Collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem of Traya to identify optimal solutions for our customers
6. Prepare observations to stakeholders to help derive better actions for continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
