We are looking for a Customer Care Officer with a childcare background who understands childcare accounts, the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), and early education regulations to join our Support Office team in Ryde. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting families, solving problems, and ensuring accurate, compliant account management.

About the role:
As the Customer Care Officer, you'll be the key point of contact for families and services regarding childcare accounts, CCS, and compliance-related queries.
You will:
Support families with childcare accounts, billing and payments
Provide guidance on Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processes and entitlements
Liaise with centres and internal teams to resolve account queries
Ensure accuracy and compliance with early childhood regulations and legislation
Assist with enrolment and account administration
Deliver responsive, empathetic and professional customer service
Maintain clear records and documentation across systems
About you:
We're seeking someone who understands the childcare sector and can confidently support families navigating accounts and CCS.
You will have:
Experience in early childhood education and/or childcare administration
Knowledge of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and childcare billing processes
Understanding of early childhood regulations and legislation
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
