Key Responsibilities

• * Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to enhance service quality.
• * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• * Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
• * Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• * Ability to handle high-volume calls and manage customer expectations effectively.
• * Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Experience
• * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
• * Familiarity with support tools and technology, such as ticketing systems and chat software.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible scheduling available for both day and night shifts.
• * Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time roles; full-time roles require 40 hours per week.
