???? What You’ll Do
• Conduct regular audits of customer interactions across phone, chat, and email to ensure service consistency and accuracy.
• Review visa application submissions for compliance, completeness, and adherence to Atlys' quality standards.
• Flag anomalies, deviations, or errors and coordinate with Guest Delight Associates to correct them promptly.
• Create audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the training and operations teams to calibrate service expectations.
• Help design and refine SOPs based on audit trends and common gaps identified.
• Ensure that process adherence aligns with evolving visa policies and internal requirements.
• Monitor CSAT and resolution quality metrics to track service health.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team through feedback loops and learning sessions.
???? Who You Are
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in a quality control, audit, or operations support role—ideally in customer service, travel, or visa operations.
• Detail-Oriented: You thrive on precision and can spot inconsistencies from a mile away.
• Analytical: Comfortable working with audit data and drawing insights from service trends.
• Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. You know how to give constructive feedback.
• Organized: You document your work with clarity and are methodical in follow-ups.
• Customer-Centric: Committed to ensuring every Atlys customer receives a flawless experience.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM systems, QA tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Flexible: Willing to work rotational shifts and week-offs. (5 days/week, 10-hour shifts including a 1-hour break).
