We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated customer experience specialist to join our team! As our customer experience specialist, you will be instrumental in implementing our business strategy by actively providing an immersive experience to customers and driving sales. Along with your team, your goal will be to convert each prospect into a raving fan of the company.

Your mission is to improve the customer experience by attending to them in real time, helping them with their query through calls and chats, and generating business.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls to connect with leads in real-time

2. Reply to direct chats to connect with them in real-time

3. Maintain and follow sales processes and SOPs

4. Handle inquiries through inbound calls & chat

5. Build high-quality relationships with prospects, customers, and teams

6. Maintain the CRM database

7. Gather leads and customer information, and update it in CRM

8. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals

+. Demonstrate flexibility to work late or come in early if assigned tasks are incomplete

10. Provide accurate recommendations and information to leads and customers

11. Participate in team-building activities and HR events

12. Lead management

13. Lead mining

14. Achieve targets

15. Coordinate with teams to ensure an unhindered customer experience

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Sales experience is mandatory

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Minimum completion of high school

5. Graduates are preferred

6. 1+ year(s) of sales and customer service experience

7. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Possesses persuasive speaking skills

8. Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques

+. Self-control and self-motivation

10. Empathy, adaptability, attentiveness, patience, and the ability to use positive language

11. Effective listening and time management skills

12. Willingness to improve and ability to acknowledge lack of knowledge or mistakes. Open to receiving feedback
