Role: Customer Relationship & Admin Executive
Reports to: Operations Head
Location: On-site (Goregaon East, Mumbai)
1. Client Communication & Support
Greet and onboard new clients over email or WhatsApp
Send timely follow-up messages to check on client progress
Respond to basic queries from clients and escalate when needed
Maintain a polite, professional tone in all communication
2. Administrative Coordination
Maintain client data in Google Sheets or internal trackers
Help manage the founder’s calendar and appointment slots
Update client attendance, payment status, and feedback
Assist in preparing documents for sessions (e.g., checklists, summaries)
3. Task Follow-Up & Reminders
Keep track of assigned tasks and daily to-dos
Remind clients about upcoming sessions or deadlines
Share recordings, notes, or updates as instructed by the coach
4. Internal Communication & Reporting
Share daily updates with the team about client status or issues
Inform the coach immediately in case of no-shows or delays
Ensure smooth internal hand-offs (e.g., from sales to support)
5. Basic Tech Handling
Join Zoom calls to support sessions or take notes when required
Upload, organize, or rename client documents as per naming guidelines
Use Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets for all communication and updates
✅ Skills to Look for in a Fresher Candidate
1. Strong Communication Skills
Clear, confident spoken English
Good written English (check for grammar and tone in emails/WhatsApp)
Active listening and the ability to summarize instructions or conversations
2. Tech Savviness & Willingness to Learn
Basic knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets
Comfortable using Zoom or similar platforms
Fast learner when introduced to new tools or software
3. Positive Attitude & Professionalism
Respectful tone and body language
Eagerness to take responsibility and learn
Willingness to support clients and team members cheerfully
4. Time Management & Discipline
Can manage a routine, meet deadlines, and show up on time (especially in a fixed shift job)
Knows how to keep track of tasks or ask for help when needed

Doesn’t freeze when something goes wrong — tries to think through and take initiative
Willing to try before asking for help every time
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
