For western wear

FULL TIME

MIN. 2.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

MUMBAI

Note: Prior experience in the apparel and retail industry is required

Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries and calls from the office.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Convert orders via social media platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp.

· Help resolve post-sale queries and issues

· Travel for exhibitions and pop-ups in India. Handle the merchandise setup and sales at these events.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.

· Attention to detail with a proactive approach

· Sales coordination and problem-solving

Salary Range: 18-25 K ( Based on Experience )

Working: Monday to Saturday
