Customer Sales Advisor

Role: Outbound Sales Advisor

Full time: 37.5 hours, permanent

Salary: £11.55 per hour (£22.522.50) plus the opportunity to earn incentive.

Location:  Floor 3 Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL (On-site Role)

Operational Hours between: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conducting outbound calls, speaking to SKY customers about topics such as premium upgrades, broadband upgrades and speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving Sky for another provider.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Retain customers through great conversations and reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstances.

Requirements or Skills:

· Previous experience in sales – whether that’s face to face or contact centre based.

· Target driven, with proven track record of achieving results

· The ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment

· A passion for people and providing them with the best products & service

· The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs

· PC literate
