Position Summary:
As a Work-from-Home Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer sales and support to customers remotely. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: ( Female Should speak Kannada, Hindi and English)
Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and address their queries or concerns.
Listen actively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Communication:
Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and friendly manner, using appropriate tone and language.
Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent communication and messaging.
Update customers on the status of their inquiries or issues and provide timely follow-ups as necessary.
Documentation and Data Management:
Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Maintain customer databases and update customer profiles with relevant information.
Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues to provide insights for process improvements.
Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance:
Strive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Product Knowledge and Self-Development:
Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
You will be handling day to day account, Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable
You will be Preparing Sales invoices and required to do payment follow-up with customers
You will be reviewing financial data and prepare reports
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Continuously improve personal performance by seeking feedback and actively implementing suggestions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some companies may require a bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using customer support software, CRMs, and other relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customers' concerns and complaints.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup.
