Urgent requirement of Customer Support/Sales-Voice Process(Domestic/International) - in Gurgaon Location with multiple companies Center). Experience 0- 6 Years with Excellent communication and written skills.

Job Purpose:
* To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.

Key Responsibility: -
* Managing Customer support.
* Handling customer complaints and follow-ups.
* Handling calls – both inbound and outbound.
* Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience in the process.
* Helping in general operations.
* Any other ad hoc duties related to hospital operations assigned by supervisor.
