Customer Service Advisor

The main portion of this job is the responsibility of communicating to our customers updates on the work being done on their vessels. As the work progresses or is completed you would contact the vessel owners to ensure that they are informed on progress.
The job requires working closely with the Service Manager and Service Technicians.
There is also some vessel service administration where the technician's work descriptions will assist you to understand how the work is progressing.
The secondary part of the job is organising vessel hauls, mostly at Orams in central Auckland and some at the other hardstands in the wider Auckland Area
The quality of work must align company standards at all times ensuring that high quality service is delivered to our customers at all times.
