We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills and experience to envelope our customers with service and support.
As the first point of contact for service enquiries, your primary role will be to ensure the customers needs are understood and directed to the appropriate department within the national business so an effective outcome can be achieved.
Working at our Kewdale Operations and reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, your Primary Duties will be:
Ensure all service related enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
Ensure all quotes are provided to customer as fast as possible to encourage uptake of services.
Maintain high level communication with customer providing updates as job status changes.
Liaise directly with technicians to develop service reports and communicate outcomes with customers.
Ensure spare parts and material usage is recognised and charged accordingly.
Ensure all invoices are completed and sent to the customer as soon as works are complete.
The suitable applicant will have:
Proven customers service skills, preferably in an Industrial Dealer or EOM equipment environment.
Experience with service invoicing and/or ERP systems.
Sound technical knowledge, preferring mechanical (no trade necessary).
A positive can-do attitude and a team player mentality.
Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
The ability to work autonomously
Hard working and willingness to work additional hours to ensure jobs are completed on time.
Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.
