Position Description:

You will be the primary point of contact for our online and in store customers, providing

exceptional support and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will also work

alongside the Director’s providing support with production, logistics and marketing to

ensure the business continues to grow and meet key financial goals. You will have

exceptional organisational skills, be proactive, resourceful and capable of managing

multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone

regarding product information, order status, shipping inquiries, solving complaints and

general assistance.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with tact, empathy and efficiency.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and

procedures.

Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive shopping

experience and customer satisfaction.

Provide sales support to walk in clients, greeting them with a warm and friendly attitude

actively listing to their needs and offering personalised recommendations based on

their preferences.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to

effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good

time.

Manage and resolve any issues that arise from incorrect or delayed deliveries to ensure

a positive outcome for all parties is achieved.

Assist with managing inventory levels and maintaining pre order timelines across

website and email communications.

Document consignment and product quality issues promptly so key partners are held

accountable for continuous improvement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost

optimisation opportunities.

Coordinate purchase orders and incoming containers with key suppliers.

Provide support with website management to ensure it is up to date with the latest

imagery, information and ETA’s.
