Position: Customer Service Assistant
Length of Assignment: 3 months (13 weeks) with a possible view to go permanent
Days & Hours: Rotating Roster, earliest start is 7am, latest finish is 5pm. Saturdays on rotation approximately 1 in 5 but not for the first few weeks
Pay rate: $34.5+/hr + super
Location: Northgate, Brisbane QLD

Job Brief/Overview:
Duties:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of all customer interactions, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls with a friendly demeanor.
Handling complaints regarding services and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Rebooking missed services promptly to maintain seamless operations.
Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes in a timely manner.
Booking scheduled services accurately and efficiently.
Resolving disputes
Updating services with new information to keep our records current.

Previous call center experience or high volume call environment
Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with Salesforce

A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a secure environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
