Our busy call centre deals with inbound enquiries by phone, supporting over 100,000 customers across Australia.
We are looking for our next essential addition to the phone team.
We don’t take bookings over the phone so you will be dealing with customer issues or providing help and advice, occasionally a quote over the phone if requested. This is not a sales role but we do expect you to understand the value of our services and their particular differences, in order to help customers get the most out of our service.
As the ideal candidate, you will LOVE being on the phone and enjoy being busy and engaged all day providing great customer service and finding that time flies whilst doing so.
In addition:
- Exceptional telephone manner, well spoken, clear, friendly and polite.
- Excellent email etiquette
- Customer focussed but able to manage expectations
- A good level of all-round computer literacy
- Able to use a variety of systems in line with handling enquiries
(CRM, online portals etc)
- Used to liaising with various departments via email and Direct message (Slack, Discord etc)
- The ability to prioritise and capture information clearly and concisely
- A fast learner with a keen eye for detail and lateral thinking skills.
- Grace under pressure
- Be available Mon - Fri from 7:00am-3:30pm (6am - 2:30pm during Eastern daylight savings, whilst we are Perth based, our opening hours reflect where most of our customers reside)
If we are right for each other, you will join an established and supportive team handling a high number of inbound calls from customers regarding the service they have booked. Liaising with our many carrier partners fulfilling said services, ensuring that any issues are remedied to the best of our ability and in the best interests of all parties.
Typical enquiry types include (but are not limited to):
- Late Parcel Enquiries
- Missed Collections
- Bookings Cancellations
- Quotes and requests for advice on shipping
