Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team at Saffron Threads, a D2C garment brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries via chat, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, empathetically, and efficiently.

3. Coordinate with management, warehouse, logistics partners, and customers to resolve queries and concerns.

4. Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies.

5. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.

6. Utilize the chat panel and CRM software to manage customer interactions.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

8. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues.

Work Arrangement:

- We are open to considering work-from-home arrangements for this role.

- The selected candidate will be required to report to our office in Kandivali, Mumbai for a 1-month training and induction period (4 hours, 5 days a week).

- Post-completion of the training period, the executive can operate from home and will need to report to the office twice a week for review meetings.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).

2. Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., regional Indian languages).

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Strong empathy and customer-centric approach.

6. Basic knowledge of CRM software and chat panels.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Location:

- The candidate should be from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

- Travel to our office in Kandivali will be required for training and review meetings.

Salary:

- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
