Full job description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Imports (1–2 Years Experience)
Location: Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi
Department: Import Operations
Reporting To: Import Manager / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Coordination:
Monitor and track import shipments (FCL / LCL / Air) from origin to delivery.
Ensure timely updates are received and shared with internal teams and customers.
Daily Status Reporting (DSR):
Maintain and update DSR regularly with shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting to management and clients.
Client Communication:
Provide proactive updates to customers via email regarding shipment status, delays, or any changes.
Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Documentation Handling:
Coordinate and collect Delivery Orders (D/O) from shipping lines.
Ensure all necessary documents (MBL/HBL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) are in order for clearance and delivery.
Customs Clearance Coordination:
Follow up with CHA for timely customs clearance.
Share required documents and resolve clearance issues if any.
Transportation Management:
Coordinate transportation arrangements for cargo movement post-clearance.
Ensure timely placement of vehicles and smooth transit to delivery point.
Final Delivery Management:
Monitor and ensure timely delivery of cargo to the customer’s location.
Maintain proof of delivery (POD) records and update DSR accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
