Designation – Customer Service Executive
Salary – As Per Candidate (Company Budget 20k to 30k)
Experience – Fresher OR 1-4 year's experience
Education – Any Graduate
Job Timing - 10 AM to 7.30 PM - 1 Hour lunch break
6 Week offs in a Month: Saturday Sunday working
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Catering to customer queries received from all functional modes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as & when needed.
• Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved at the earliest.
• Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria.
Skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self -started with 'out of the box' and strategic thinking ability.
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Ability to juggle between multiple work streams and lots of ambiguity.
• Delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
