Full Job Description
To deliver the scripted pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services.
To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc., for further process.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Calling on database and managing database records
Provide basic and accurate information on call
To record the reaction of the customer for the products or services including their details.
Skills: Good verbal Communication skills, Customer handling, tele calling experience etc
Shift: Day- 10AM-6:30PM
Schedule: - Monday to Saturday
Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresher can also apply)
No of Position: 03
Preferred Language: Hindi & English (Both)
Education Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree)
Salary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
Location - Indore
