Responsible for handling customers queries or complains via Calls/Emails.Ability to take60 - 70 Inbound calls or 55 -60 emails in a day.Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.Respond, manage & resolve end to end customer queries of inbound calls & emails.To manage & ensure that +8% of the queries & requests are addressed within specified TAT.Develop long-lasting relationships with the customers that exceed the company and customer experience.Collaborating with multiple teams for understanding the process
