Job Description

-Approach customer service as a tool for delivering quality service to our customers

-The customer service representative’s daily job will involve interacting with customers; individual and corporate, advising them on coffee varieties and banking transaction, making sure all invoicing and payments follow-ups are done

-Suggest to customers about different types of coffee beans that are suitable to individual’s taste and navigate them through basics of coffee for home brewing, suggest brewing equipment etc.

-Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

-Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

-Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

-Be alert and available on Tidio, Instagram, emails, and calls solve all customer questions

-Resolve customer complaints and queries

-Update customers on order cycle and mark details in the system too

-Follow up with potential customers who visited a website and convert them to customers

-Be open to learning and growing with the company

Job Requirements

- Consistency, attention to detail

- Experience with dealing with customers

- Someone who enjoys talking to customers

- Good command over English verbal & written both

- Manage basic calculations for billing and inventory management

Salary: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
