Job description
Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, including merchandising, monitoring dummy accounts, and maintaining accurate records of daily transactions.

In addition, the successful applicant will focus on generating business, cross-selling personal banking services, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers
• Manage branch merchandising and maintain visual displays
• Monitor and review daily account openings and update SS cards
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless lobby management
• Track and report on dummy account activity
• Conduct administrative tasks to support branch operations
• Identify opportunities to generate business and cross-sell personal banking services
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and product promotions
