Co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Co-ordinate with customers
• Call and Technician routing to solve customer issues.
• plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
• review customer complaints
• track customer complaint resolution
• handle customer service issues
• monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
• analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs
• co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
Key Competencies
• communication skills with good Spoken & written English language skills
• Good knowledge on MS excel , word, powerpoint
• customer service focus
• supervisory skills
• problem analysis and problem-solving
• initiative
Education and Experience
• Min Bachelor's Degree , Languages - Reading and Writing English, Hindi
• Service experience – 3 years in relevant industry
• in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
