Roles & Responsibility:

1. In-depth understanding of the client requirement and be able to thoroughly

dissect key information from client briefs & compile action points to brief the

team for further work.

2. Make excellent PPTs according the brief shared by the client.

3. Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and

budget.

4. A self-driven individual who is excellent at servicing multiple clients at the

same time.

5. Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience.

6. Be an effective show caller and ensure successful completion and closure of

the projects.

7. Should be able to plan, execute and manage events spread across different

cities in India.

8. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.

+. Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals.

10. Inspire repeat business from clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Previous experience of atleast 5 years in client servicing department of event company enaged in corporate events.

Strong background in developing and managing large medium & scale events.

Self-motivated and willing to learn new things on job.

Have leadership skills to efficiently handle a team.

Team player, but also able to work independently and be a self-starter.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation skills

Graduate / Under Graduate in Mass Communication / Marketing / Events.

Creative and Logical ability to think through turnkey solutions for clients.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Well versed in MS Office
