This position is about providing exceptional customer service, providing ongoing support and leadership for your team and ensuring all customers requirements are processed and delivered efficiently and accurately. About You:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager with:

Leadership experience to effectively lead and develop the customer service team.
Hose and fittings / hydraulics knowledge.
Experience with Pronto desirable.
Strong reporting capabilities - Excel based.
Passion for delivering impeccable customer service every time.
Strong inter-personal skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
