Position : Customer Service Manager / Sr.Customer Service Manager/ Relationship Mgr.

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC : 2.50 Lac to 5.50 Lac


Roles and Responsibilities

Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch.
Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise
Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
Sales and Revenue Responsibility for Liability (CASA), TD and value acquisition , Wealth Management and All Fee products for the Branch
Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, third party products etc.
Customer acquisition, retention, deepening, cross-selling
