Summary

In the role of Customer Service Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in English and customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues. Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, and strong data entry capabilities will be essential for tracking customer interactions. Your bilingual abilities, particularly in French, will enable you to engage with a diverse clientele, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities:
· Receives and responds promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries for customer/product-related information from new and existing;

· Receives and accurately enters customer orders into computer system, paying special attention to custom orders and manages project through to completion, Keeps Customer informed of order status throughout project and contacts customer if order is to be delayed, providing explanation and new delivery date;

· Regularly reviews open orders and follows up on anticipated ready date, including backordered items for distribution Customers;

· Submits requests for quotes to Estimating, and responds to customer within 24 hours;

· Participates in technical product training and strives to learn the complete manufacturing process and art/graphics stages including pre-production, production and printing of all products;

· Available to provide back up to co-workers during absences to ensure continuous service to Customers;

· Supports the Sales team at all stages of the sales process, including, but not limited to liaison with plant management and production staff to co-ordinate the provision of sample products;

· Builds and maintains an effective and cohesive working relationship with all internal departments through constructive and open communication in order to ensure that positive internal teamwork leads to high levels of customer satisfaction;

· Maintains all related files in an accurate and current ensuring information is readily available for authorized individuals;

· Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

· Minimum High School graduation.

· Minimum 12 months related experience preferred

· Computer literate and fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and internet research engines; experience with CRM software and/or Salesforce.com a definite asset

· Accurate alpha/numeric keyboarding skills

· Excellent diplomatic skills and professional demeanor, with customer service orientation

· Excellent level of confidentiality regarding sensitive business data

· Excellent ability to multi-task with good organizational and prioritization skills

· Excellent ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English); Bilingual in French an asset
