Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in upselling products or services when appropriate, contributing to overall sales goals.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions.
Sales experience with an emphasis on upselling is advantageous.
