Principle Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Securing an excellent customer experience, supporting customers (phone, chat, email) in a multitasking environment – customer service & sales
• Positive outlook and pro-active problem-solving skills
• Order follow-up and prioritisation (knowledge of despatch systems and packing processing)
Essential Skills – Abilities
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills and writing skills, should be fluent in English
• He/she should be capable of providing excellent customer service
• He/she should be open to challenges and targets
• Candidate with experience in design and art is preferred
• Positive outlook and pro-active problem-solving skills

Other Requirements
• Should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Should be comfortable to work on public and bank holidays
• Candidate with some understanding of western customers
