THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our sales team in Rotorua. As a motivated Customer Service professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
Utilise your skills to provide solutions to customers
Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
