You don’t need prior contact centre experience to excel in this role—we value your passion for customer service, and we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. With a dedicated Trainer and supportive Team Supervisors by your side, you’ll be well-prepared to handle any challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
