Customer Service Representative

RDNS (Royal District Nursing Service) New Zealand is a leading provider of home-based healthcare solutions. We are your local home help specialists.

We offer a range of nursing and support services to people of all ages and cultures, predominantly offered in the comfort and security of their own homes. This is a fast-paced role that requires you to:

Work within the wider operations team to ensure we deliver an exceptional service to our clients.
Be a part of a wider team that strives to roster effectively and efficiently over 11,000 client appointments every week.
Think on your feet, stand up and take pride in the work you do and the service we are trying to provide as an organisation.
Complete multiple tasks within the wider Operations team and in the community
This role requires you to work predominantly in our Penrose office
Positions available for the following shifts

Permanent Full-Time availability Thursday to Sunday: 7am to 3:30 pm
Permanent Full-Time availability Tuesday to Saturday: 7am to 3:30 pm
Permanent Full-Time availability Monday to Friday: 10:30 am to 7pm
Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Great customer service, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
A positive team player
