Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle inquiries efficiently, and promote our products and services will be essential to fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued to support our diverse client base. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products, including upselling opportunities.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues or resolving complaints efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Document customer interactions thoroughly for future reference and analysis.
Experience

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
Multilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable to support a diverse clientele.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software or other customer management tools is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $5,000.00-$11,558.20 per month
