Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Growing Stars Consulting in Jaipur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
