We are hiring for Officer -Customer Complaints Process based out of Mumbai Andheri

Preferred Immediate joiners

Role

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer complaints and issues, and escalate to higher-level management as necessary

Record customer interactions and transactions in a customer service database

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes

Provide customers with information about product features, pricing, and availability

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and to resolve any outstanding issues.

Willingness to learn work and passion for excelling in Customer complaint on time.

Requirements

Any Graduates preferable / B. Com Graduates/Postgraduates.

Minimum 1- 4 years’ experience in Customer complaint process.

CTC: based on experience and company norms, not exceeding Rs. 28,000 per month

· Good communication skills.

· Fair knowledge of CRM & Finacle.

· Understanding of branch banking / customer complaints/ fraud cases handling / deposits / CASA / loans/ ATM / credit cards / misleading sales etc. as desired by client.

· Fair knowledge in MS Excel / Word.

· Preparation of reports and on time submission to client officials

· To conduct meetings with clients in their location, to report to IBL Internal Ombudsman officer.

Adhering to the internal and Client’s disciplines, policies

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
