Customer Service Representative | Contact Centre

Strong analytical and technological skills, with the ability to learn quickly and use multiple systems efficiently, including Microsoft Office applications and a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
• Demonstrates problem-solving ability, prioritization skills, and the capacity to interpret tasks effectively.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service role
• Resilient, punctual, and adaptable to a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

We are a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week contact centre with full-time and part-time positions available. Please see the available shifts below and choose your preferred shift based on your availability. (Please note, the afternoon shift requires working from home and shift start and end times may vary based on business needs, with 3 weeks' notice provided for any changes)

All successful recruits must be available for six (6) weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday, +:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m on site at Civic Building, Manukau.
