This is no ordinary, same-same kind of job. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of Bluebridge. They are here to help make our customers realise the excitement of a Cook Strait Ferry crossing from the time of their booking!
Our Customer Service Representatives welcome our passengers at our terminals, checking in luggage and helping them embark on their journey.
As well as engaging with passengers over the phone and greeting them when they arrive to travel, you’ll also get out and about across the port, car park marshalling and even helping with lines, helping to tie up and let go ships as they arrive and depart.
We are seeking candidates who have had previously customer service experience or an operational role in a similar industry.
As Bluebridge is a 24 x 7 operation in Wellington, we need Customer Service Representatives at all hours, so the role involves shift work.
You will work on a fortnightly roster which includes early mornings and late nights! We are seeking candidates who are looking for fixed-term employment to help us with our peak travel period.
