Position Highlights
This position provides customer service for the Administrative Office at the 34th Street Warehouse. The person in this role performs various support duties such greeting and assisting customers, submitting routine service billing documents, accepting payments, and handling special bids. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining the Surplus Storefront Facebook page.

Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet and assist Surplus Storefront customers.
Answer inquiries that come in via phone, email, and website/Facebook page.
Accept and process payments for Storefront and Auction purchases.
Interact with departments and provide guidance on Asset Works software, special bid process, and general departmental information.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of office area.
Transactional:
Submit routine service/internal billings for Xerox/Ricoh billings.
Create and manage government sales and special bids.
Responsible for daily/monthly statistics/metrics for the Storefront and Auction sales.
Operational/Site Support:
Assist with maintaining the Surplus Property Facebook page by posting updates and responding to questions through messenger and other posts.
Market new items to appropriate audiences and strive to ensure the department's social media presence is reaching the largest audience possible.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of social media platforms and skill in managing content.
Skill in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to provide strong customer service and skill in effectively interacting with a variety of individuals.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
