Salary: Highly competitive salary of 4,50,000 - 8,00,000 INR. The actual salary can be slightly higher or lower depending on the applicant's experience and interview performance.
Timings: Daytime only (no night shift)
Work Mode: 5 Days / Week (after a probation period of 3 months)
The role involves working in the customer service team of a profitable and growing e-commerce startup in the sleep space. This role ensures exposure to various channels of customer interaction, including - voice and non-voice.
The working environment is fast-paced and fun. We have a good mix of fun and excitement that a startup environment brings (young crowd, weekly dinners/drinks, open plan seating, no scope for useless policies and in-formal work culture) and the structure of a large company (health insurance for everyone, professional working environment, people-friendly policies).
• The role reports to the head of the customer service department; the position offers excellent growth opportunities.
• Should be strong at customer service.
• Impeccable communication skills are a must.

• Passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
Qualification:
• Flair for customer service is the main attribute.
• At least 1-2 years of prior experience in a voice process, preferably an international one.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (Hindi or any one South Indian Language)
