I need a friendly and organised Customer Service Representative to join my team at our Ridgehaven warehouse. You’ll be the voice of our three local businesses in the home service industry, reaching out to potential customers and managing leads like a pro.
There are a lot of pushy a-hole bosses out there. I'm not one of them. We work as a team, and I want to see everyone in my team succeed.
**What You’ll Do:**
Make and receive calls to engage with new leads and schedule quotes.
Follow up leads to ensure we stay front of mind.
Keep our CRM organised so we never miss a beat.
Work with a laid-back team that values flexibility and understands that life happens.

**Key Requirements:**
Excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with people, if you love talking to people on the phone, then we want to hear from you!
Experience with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
Strong organisational skills—keeping track of leads is your jam.
A team player who can also handle things independently.
Previous customer service experience is a plus!
