Looking for an customer service role to enhance your career? Wanting to continue your financial Services journey? We are looking for someone who has Customer Service experience and is ready to be part of a supportive team.
Hybrid - work from home 1-2 days per week once trained
Leading financial services organisation in the CBD
$55k-$60k per annum pending experience
+am-5:30pm Mondays to Fridays

About the Role:
As a Customer Services specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing them with exceptional support, interacting with them over the phone and via email.
No weekend work, Monday to Friday, business hours and 1-2 days WFH once trained!
Do you…
Have previous experience dealing with customers in a contact Centre, but you are ready for a step up
Ideally, experience within Financial Services - call centre
Get a real kick out of providing an exceptional service
Have a knack for picking up new systems

Enjoys interacting with people and building strong rapport.
