Role & Responsibilities :
• Booking & recording 'Direct Consumer' orders received via all sales channels (Whatsapp, Email, Website, Call)
• Co-ordinating with the production, dispatch & delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Providing status updates regarding booked orders to customers and ensuring 100% client satisfaction
• Understanding the cheese business thoroughly after training and gaining in dept knowledge about all our products and their applications
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
• Submitting weekly & monthly MIS reports
